The Salangpur Hanuman Temple is open every day from six to twelve. Between 12 and 3 in the afternoon, darshan is suspended. The temple reopens at noon and closes at nine o’clock. At 5:30 in the morning, the temple performs Mangla Aarti.

The Swaminarayan Mahamantra is chanted by devotees as they go around the Salangpur Hanuman Temple.
Mangla Aarti: “Jai Kapi Balvanta” is the Hanuman Temple of Salangpur’s aarti. History of the Salangpur Hanuman Temple
One of the more notable temples in the original Swaminarayan Sampraday is this one. Gopalanand Swami placed the Hanuman idol there. It is said that when Sadguru Gopal Anand Swami placed the Hanuman idol, he touched it with a rod, causing the statue to come alive and move, according to author Raymond Williams.
