Kedartal Trek Timings Tickets Tour Detail Information

The starting point of the Kedartal Trek is located in the Garhwal Himalayas at an elevation of 4912 metres. It is possible that this location is the origin of the Kedar Ganga, and it is widely held that Lord Shiva gave Bhagirathi to his devotees as a gift. The Gangotri National Park is home to the enthralling Kedartal Trek, which is located in the Garhwal Mountains of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand India. This trip is part of the Gangotri National Park.

The Himalayas are undeniably blessed with awe-inspiring natural splendour, an invigorating alpine climate, and a calming, verdant meadow. What could possibly be more pleasant than coming here to enjoy the peace and quiet for a few days.

On this hike, one has the opportunity to see some of the world’s most impressive mountains, including Gangotri, Bhrigupanth, Manda Parvat, and Thalaysagar. The Gangotri region serves as the location of the trek’s base camp. The stunning Ganga river, which winds its way through the winding streets of the city, inspires awe in the hearts of hikers. In addition, there are quite a few pilgrims to be seen at this holy river. In contrast to the other Himalayan treks, this one features steeper and more constrained ascents, thus participants must need to be in good physical shape to take on the challenge.

Best Time To Visit This Place Kedartal

The best time to hike the Kedartal trail is from the second week of April to the end of June, and then again from the month of August until the month after that, which is October.

Snow may be found in plenty here, especially during the months of April, May, and June. This will make your journey very memorable, but it will also make it a little more difficult after Gangotri to go to Bhojkharak because this is an uphill trek path. Thus, you shouldn’t think of this hike as being too simple.
