Clauses and Restrictions
- Children under 5 are admitted free of charge. Additional charges for children aged 5 to 12 are Rs.500/- without an additional mattress and Rs.1000/- with one, and Rs.1500/- for an extra person or Rs.2000/- with an extra mattress.
- Air conditioning is not included in the day trip package on any houseboat (it is only available at night).
- Time of arrival It’s now 11:30 in Alleppey and 11 a.m. in Bekal Nileshwar. Noon, Kumarakom The earliest possible time to check out is 8:30 in the morning.
- The management will not wait for any guests who are running late, and the check-out time will be strictly enforced.
- If the aforesaid package is delayed or not delivered in whole because of an event beyond our control (such as a natural disaster, a strike, etc.), the firm is not liable.
- Reservations will be confirmed only if they are available at the time of the reservation.
- Payment of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm a reservation.
- The deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date and time.
